Chassis

Driveline

VOLVO FH driveline consists of engines, I-Shift, I-Shift software, I-Shift with double clutch, rear axles, rear axle ratios, driveline combinations and power take-offs.

Double berth cabin

VOLVO FH has three types of cabins; the Sleeper Cab (CAB-SLP) with an interior height of 171 cm, 162 cm, the Globetrotter Cab (CAB-HSLP) with an interior height of 205 cm, 196 cm and a Globetrotter XL (CAB-XHSL) of an interior height of 220 cm, 211 cm at the level of the engine tunnel.

Volvo Dynamic Steering

Volvo Dynamic Steering offers perfect stability at high speeds, full control at low speeds and a significant reduction in muscle fatigue. Henceforth, it also lets you avoid skidding and unintentionally changing lanes, lets you set your steering wheel adjustment preferences and even gives you remote control of the steering.

Gras-G2 air Suspension

The GRAS-G2 air suspension system provides 300mm of ground clearance, as well as outstanding stability and ride comfort regardless of the load. Originally designed for gravel pits, the GRAS-G2 air suspension is now available on Volvo FH.

Tandem Axle Lift
